Winter Regatta
At The Old Inn - Friday 25 January. This is 'Burns' NIght, particularly up there, over the border. However, as this is a sailing club we thought it more appropriate that is should be called 'Drowns' Night. Unless anyone wishes to do a rendition of 'The boy stood on the burning deck'.
Jim & Bill
Jim Causley makes a welcome return, bringing Bill Murray with him on Friday 22 March. All the way from South Zeal, with lots of songs of Devon and Dartymoor. Cafe on the Green Click here for more details.

The Cafe on the Green. The First Official Visit of the Rear Admiral. We had lobster pots, we had pirate bunting, we had a burgee hanging over the fireplace. We presented Barry (Steve's alter ego & professional grumpy chimp) with a skull & crossbones woolly pully for those cold nights on the waves, an earring and eyepatch for just in case. Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin
This lovely couple were kind enough to launch the Widecombe Sailing Club and act as guinea pigs while we found out how to put on a gig at The Cafe on the Green. Actually, we didn't do too badly, which is mostly down to the Cafe staff.
